Navratri 2020

As a direct result of the advice given by the authorities, we will be celebrating Navratri via Zoom.

We will celebrate Navratri every night for the nine nights. We will be singing Garbas and if anyone wishes to sing then please let the Zoom host know using the Chat facility on Zoom. The timing for each night except for Attham is 8pm to 9.00pm. The evening will be finished by singing Mataji’s Arti.

We usually celebrate Athham with 108 Arti’s but as we cannot do this, we will sing garbas from 8pm to 10pm including Aarti. We would like each participant to do Aarti at your home and show it on Zoom so that we can all celebrate Attham together.

Friday 23 October 2020
Childrens Aarti.
We would like you to encourage children in your family to perform the Arti which will be held at 8.50 pm. We would also be grateful if you could show this on Zoom and if possible take photos and either share them with this Facebook page, send them through to events@vanzamandal.com, or if its easier send them to my WhatsApp account on 07958660012.
Saturday 24 October 2020.
As you may be aware it is Attham on Saturday and we are encouraging as many people to perform the Arti. The timing for Saturday is 8.pm to 10pm. The Arti will be performed at 9.45pm.
Whilst we encourage ladies to wear either their “Garchora” or red saree. we would like you to wear a traditional outfit and where possible in Fancy Dress.
Once again please take photos and either share them with this Facebook page, send them through to events@vanzamandal.com, or if its easier send them to my WhatsApp account on 07958660012.
Once again thank you so much for your support during this festival, and hope to see you on Zoom everyday this week
